Will celebrities all suffer the same fate?

I really don't know how to put it, but I came across this website... http://www.popcrunch.com/14-worst-celebrity-plastic-surgeries/ It's basically celebrities who use plastic surgery. They have before and after pictures, I find it so sad how some of the people on there use to be so beautiful but then they age and lose their youth and try to reclaim it with plastic surgery. They must feel bad seeing all the new young stars entering hollywood and they lose their fame and spotlight. The ones that stood out to me were Sophia Loren, Lisa Rinna, Linda Evans and Janice Dickenson They were so pretty in their youth, but as they aged they had all this plastic surgery done. I'm not trying to hate or anything, I know aging is inevitable and its part of life, but it must be hard for them to lose their youth and in the public eye too. Do you think that all celebrities, even the current ones will suffer the same fate? Will all the young and beautiful actors and actresses lose their fame and beauty as they grow older?

2. i don't think so. these people are not the majority. men like brad pitt, george clooney, bruce willis and jack nicholson are all getting up there, but none of them gets procedures. on that note anjeline jolie, jessica alba, halle berry (over 40 now!), and many others don't get procedures either.
