Is there plastic surgery that can be done to make a face look less fat?

My face looks really fat and I think its because of my fat cheeks and slight double chin. What plastic surgery can be done to help this? And is it legal to be 18 and get this done?

4. I dont know why people keep suggesting lipo. Do any of you know that when you gain a few extra pounds, the fat wont come back on the area suctioned but on areas unrelated to it? So unless you want to have an odd back, neck, tummy fat flopping out, dont go for lipo! There are meso therapies for your face.
