What song plays during 20 Best / Worst Celebrity Plastic Surgery Stories?

When the title card is shown before or after a commercial break, there is a song that plays. The only lyrics I can make out are, "La la la, la la la la," which is sung by a female voice. And then some lyrics sung by a male voice that I can't distinguish. I saw this show on E! or Vh1. I'm not sure whether it's an actual song, or a little tune made especially for the show.
