Cost of Laser Liposuction?

I've been doing some research on Laser Liposuction such as Smart Lipo, etc. but I could really use some more information. I'm a thin person but I have some stubborn lower abdomen fat that I would love to get rid of. What did you have to pay for the procedure? Did they base it off of your size, amount of fat, etc (i.e. if you're smaller w/ less fat will it cost less)? Was your experience a positive one? Do you have any recommendations? Often the prices quoted are only the surgeon's fee, which makes up only 60%-80% of the total cost. It isn't until you see the plastic surgeon and receive your quote that you find out that the price quoted was significantly lower than the actual cost.
