Is there really a plastic surgery limit?

Heidi Montag recently said she can't "legally" have anymore plastic surgery because the limit is something like 8000cc and she's at 7000cc. But I didn't think there was a legal limit to plastic surgery. Joan Rivers over the years has DEFINITELY had more than that. Michael Jackson too probably. All those women on awful plastic surgery. Look at that "Cat woman"Joanna Wisenstein or something like that. She's had way more than 8000cc (whatever that number means). So is Heidi lying about a limit?

3. Actually, there is not a limit for total plastic surgery, but there is a limit for breast implants. If this guy is telling the truth, I did not look long enough to find anything from the Plastic Surgeon association or however they call themselves. Makes ya think though, that maybe there should be, or at least to have a board review it, specifically to determine if people are insane if they are pursuing things like the Cat Woman. I think if you have as much money as Michael Jackson did in his heyday you can pretty much do whatever you want. If you haven't seen it already, you should see Living with Michael Jackson. In it, he explains how he only had like 4 plastic surgeries or something. Seriously. And he believed it even when the journalist confronted him with documentation of like 52 or something. The numbers are off the top of my head, I haven't seen it since like 2004. After you watch it, you will truly understand how if you have enough money, you can truly do whatever you want.
