I'm 17 and i have the darkest circles under my eyes and a very prominent vein. I've had them for at least 6 years now, and its at the point of people asking me who gave me 2 black eyes. I've tried different diets, vitamins, sleeping patterns - from sleeping 9 hours a night, to 5 hours, even up to 18 hours trying to get rid of them - all for a long period with no change at all. So now i'm considering surgery - facial augmentation where fat is injected into the area under the eye, and i've read about vein stripping to hide the vein, but i'm not too sure about that one. how old do you have to be to have this kind of procedure (with a parents permission) and around how much would it cost? UK laws/prices?
