Why do plastic surgeries make people look so fake?
I always thought it was because their facial features don't really go together after they get them all done. but seriously, is it just the surgeon does a bad job or what?

- because it is PLASTIC surgery..
- Because it's plastic, therefore not real, therefore it won't look real Go figure, logic
- Not everyone looks fake. It's just that you notice the fake ones way more than you notice the great ones. If the plastic surgeon is really good or the change was minimal, it will look somewhat natural. There are some people who use plastic surgery for reconstruction, instead of for cosmetic purposes and they can still come out looking amazing and not fake.
- You make a good point... but also the fact that it's PLASTIC surgery :P (the caps were not meant to convey offensive attitude, btw >.>)
- because it is fake!
- because they are surgically altering their appearance. This can never make you look completely natural.
- Some people just don't know when to stop having plastic surgeries, botox, etc. If you look at certain celebrities, their plastic surgery is of good quality and well-done. If you overdo it, you end up looking like a cat.
- Because that part of their body is fake, thats just how it is. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ApUbRibHpWaMUmqivYc_6Azsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20100409125750AA0K4y7
- That's not always true. It depends on the surgery you get done. But it is called plastic surgery, so it's going to look unnatural. It is very fake though. It's unfortunate that people waste money on surgery when they don't really need it :/
