What is the best plastic surgery clinic in Japan right now?

I'm thinking of getting plastic surgery done in Japan. I trying to decide between takasu and otsuka clinics. Which one has a better reputation? or any other suggestions? Thanks!

2. I agree it is Ootsuka, but it also depends on what do you want fixed. Different clinics use different methods,different supplies (needles, threads, creams, anesthetics, etc), and every doctor has his/her specialty (a surgery they are best at). For example Takasu provides excellent body re-shaping surgery, but I wouldn't trust them on rejuvenation/ anti-aging surgeries.
