I desperately need plastic surgery?

My face is too good-looking to not be perfectly symmetrical. You see, my nose, on pictures, seems to be slightly crooked and my jaw, too, and I need to fix that so that I can attempt to pursue a modelling career. I need plastic surgery to correct that. Then, I'll be happy with myself. My parents obviously won't pay for it and I have no money. I could get a job, but it would take me too long to make enough money for two surgeries. I will attempt to become a model this summer by going to modelling studios and walking in to ask for directions, pretending that I'm lost, and they'll be so amazed by me that they'll ask me to model for them. I can just see the fame and glory I'll have. I need to beautify myself. It will be hard work. The most important things are to get my nose and jaw fixed. Then, I'd like liposuction, a professional haircut that costs hundreds of dollars, a facial, somebody to fix my nails, and a beautiful designer outfit to make a great entrance. I will walk in with a model-like confused look on my face, put my elbows on the counter and turn my head so that whoever will be in front of me can see my good profile and ask in a sexy voice for directions. They'll be amazed. How can I get money quickly without getting a job? It will take too long. I don't have much time left.

first off dont be so cocky... many people hate that and it often prevents you from getting a hit.
If you are young and good looking, you could possibly turn tricks for some quick cash. Other than that, I suggest you join us in the real world and get a job to earn money and pay for what you want, like everybody else has to do...
You don't need surgery, you need self confidence. It sounds like you are more ''destroyed" on the inside than your outer appearance. Stay away from Television.
That's a bit far fetched. Get money quickly without job? loans. But do keep in mind you have to pay them back. Any unpaid loan will gather interest, and you'll end up paying more than the amount you borrowed.
