double-chin liposuction?

im thin but have a saggy double chin im 38 i want to hear from people who had double-chin / neck liposuction. did the skin sag after the fat was removed? did it leave a bad scar? tell me your experiences and also how to choose a good doctor. i know they say get a board certified plastic surgan. ok.. how?

1. plz don't do that!! it is so nasty. just be happy with what God gave you. why does everyone want to change themselves all the time? if you were supposed to have a non sagging chin he would have given you one. stop worrying. you are beautiful
2. scarring should not be an occurrence and the skin should not sag either with a good plastic surgeon. you can check their credentials by going to online sources like ASPS.org. I didn't have it done but I am fairly thin and see it developing too. Luckily, when I exercise a lot, I lose it in the face area.
