How come when doctors do liposuction, they don't install an cap or tube to let fat out for future use?
Why can't they just leave some kind of cap or something so we can just squeeze the fat out like a zit. That way we can eat as much as we want without exercising and still lose weight.

- Liposuction should only be done by a medical expert under sterile surgical conditions. Anytime the skin is cut/broken is an opportunity for a potentially dangerous infection. Any "hole" or tube to let fat out is also a way for bacteria to get in. Besides, fat tissue is attached to muscle, skin and includes blood vessles and other things. It takes a trained hand to be able to locate the proper tissues to cut and suck out. You couldn't, for example, have a "tube" in your lower belly and use it to squeeze out fat build up over your hips. Did you know that you can get infected by popping your zits if you don't take sterile precautions?
