Why does nearly every celebrity have some plastic surgery?

It really annoys me when you get one who was beautiful and then they age their body by 20 years. What about when they ARE young and get it?

because they want to look young
because they are scared to get old they think that if they "fix up" their face it will look like they are young and not aging

Because society makes them do it. Otherwise, they get plastered all over the tabloids as having cellulite, saggy breasts, chubby cheeks, thin lips, etc. As far as when they're young and get it, they probably have really low self-esteem (and maybe always have) and now that they have the money, they set out to fix the things that they don't think are perfect enough.
To look young ..... and so they can fix parts of their faces, like big nose - zits - even fat cheeks....etc.
they feel its a hollywood requirement to look so unrealistically beautiful and insecurities imagine if you always had something about your image that you hated and you had the money to correct it today bodies aren't for living a happy healthy life they are fashion accessories
