Can i change my face shape from diamond to square with surgery?

Im a boy, not gay, and i want to change my face shape from diamond to square, with surgery, is it even possible? and if it is, how old do i have to be to do it? and whats a way to convince my parents, and what are the risks? Please answer, thankss. :)

4. Diamond is my faovrite face shape on a guy...D; dont change it!!! but I mean..its will cost THOUSANDS of dollars, as much as a brand new car, and you have a risk of losing facial nerves and your speech can become impaired....you would probably have your jaw reconstructed or something similar.
5. I seriously doubt it. Face shape is determined by bone and cartilage structure, so unless u want 2 be layed up for quite a bit I don't suggest changing ur face shape.
