Can plastic surgery change some facial features like the chin, the cheeks, lips or ears?

I'm talking about to redesign these facial features, not a simple change. I'm wondering if plastic surgery could change somebody's face, or at least, erase all what is ugly. The price is not a problem, I'd go to the end of the world to reach the change.

1. All those things can be achieved through surgery and implants. If you are serious I would not pull a Heidi Montag and do them all at once. Just one procedure could change your face enough for your liking.
2. Yes it can change. Consult a cosmetic surgeon and let him know your concerns and how can you rectify them. I had eyelid surgery.
