I just had a tummy tuck what should i do to speed up recover?

I got a tummy tuck yesterday.. The surgeon also said she was going to combine it with liposuction (which she didn't charge me for) So right now I am getting sharp pains on my side. and Obviously I am in a lot of pain.. How much longer will this last? Is there anything I can do to speed up recovery? I am 22 years old by the way
