was looking at the cost of a tracheal shave, and it's ESPENSIVE. the operation it'self is cheep, but the cost of the OR and anesthesia is the expensive part. tracheal shaving doesn't stick anything in you, it just shaves away some cartiledge.

2. dont get plastic surgery:( did u know that if you get it, it can actually EXPIRED and get floppy or hard as a rock:o. and no i dont think the price would go down. it will always be expensive. thats why lots of celebs do it, caus ethye wanna show they have money.

5. You can always try to negotiate the price. The economy has been tough on cosmetic surgeons, so you might get a break. Never hurts to ask. There will still be OR and anesthesia costs - nurses and anesthesiologists have bills to pay, too, and need to be paid. Operations use supplies, which cost money. No plastic surgeon is going to lose money to accomodate you.
