Why should we be for the plastic surgeries ?

Hi, I have a project and I have to find arguments FOR the plastic surgeries and some facts. Thank you for the help !

1. they help people who have had accidents or injuries by performing facial reconstruction. other than that, just to enhance appearance is wrong because it pollutes the gene pool by encouraging reproduction with someone who probably didn't look too good before the surgery.
2. Uhh, I guess in some cases, it can make people happier. Ultimately I'm against it because it's expensive as hell, can carry risks and dangers if done improperly, and teaches others "If you society doesn't like your body, stick needles in it and change yourself." Plus, I find it makes people look fake. Yeah, my answer may not be what you wanted, but being constructive is also helpful.
3. If somebody wants to do it and they understand the risks, what right do you have to stop them? Braces are a form of plastic surgery, using medical methods to change your appearance. Is there anything inherently wrong with braces? If not, why other forms of plastic surgery. Seems arbitrary to me
