eyelid surgery ? quick question!?

hi just wondering i know you can get eyelid surgery to get rid of bags under the eye. but i dont have bags, but i do have one eyelid that drops down lower than my other eye. so my question is. can you get cosmetic surgery to actually cut the eyelid, to open it up more so its more semitic?

1. I suppose so.. bcuz they do that when you get injured ( i.e. u get into a car accident and ur eyelids are effed up)
2. Yes thats what they do when you have an eyelift.
3. yes, my auntie has swedish eyes or something, so they got really droopy after the mid-40s, to the point where she was having trouble with her field of vision. they were able to cut out some of the extra skin on both lids so she can see more clearly.
4. Yes that can be fixed. Seems like they can fix anything now a days.
