Are there any "risks" that I need to be concerned about when getting double eyelid surgery?

I'm getting full-incisional double eyelid surgery next month in Korea and I was wondering if there are any certain risks or dangers of doing this surgery. Like any type of risk or complication that can occur to the body??? I've never gotten cosmetic surgeries of any kind before and this is my first one on my eyes. Is there any risks i need to be concerned about ? Or can I go into this surgery worryfree??? I'm not concerned about the pain, or any of that, just whether or not this is SAFE to do or not. I know tons of people who got it done and they all say it's relatively painless and an easy surgery, not risky at all. I would just like some feedback so I can be sure of this ^^ THANKS
