4. bad in many aspects, its sad really how people don't like their features so they think that if they change it they will feel better when it obviously doesn't. when i figure out that someone has gotten plastic surgery it just shows me that they are not strong and care a little to much about what other people think, and when you start living for other people..well say good bye to your individuality.
