How long for wounds to clear after nose job?

How long does it take.Also im concerned about getting infections like MRSA i would i avoid these type of infections after my nose job?

1. I had one and it was a closed rhinoplasty so there weren't any open wounds, so I dont think there is anything to worry about.
2. a week or so , for bruises around the eyes and nose areas. Swelling a couple weeks or so, the doctor may say it will tak e a year to see the permanent results (from the swelling but thats not really true, they just have to cover their backs). Follow the doctors advice about apply a coldpack(frozen bag of peas) or whatever he tells you. You will get an antibiotic to prevent infection.
