ok, i eat farily clean, i weight 115 at 5'2" work out 5 times a week, bikram, gym, rnning, restrict carbs and?
restrict sodium, eat really clean. what more is there can do to lose 8 more pounds? the scale will not budge im starting to think liposuction (laser) any tips? please help, im really uncomfortable :(

- You are doing all this, but you don't mention if you are tracking your calories. If you aren't I suggest you start doing it on one of the following sites: http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/ http://www.sparkpeople.com/ http://www.calorieking.com.au/ It would probably make more sense to measure your body fat, and track changes in that, rather than your weight, as your level of exercise would suggest your body would be producing muscle. You might be losing body fat and gaining muscle at about the same rate, if you measured body fat you could be sure.
