does anyone know about any plastic surgeons that have payment plans?

im looking for a surgeon that has a payment plan without having to get a loan but any info for cosmetic surgery financing would be helpful..thanx! and please no "you should'nt get plastic surgery" comments.

However, there are financing companies that specialize in lending money for cosmetic surgery.
