Question about plastic surgery / lipo?

Hi im 24 an overweight female weighing around 175 5"8 tall I have an hourglass shaped body in which my weight is proportioned evenly but a good bit of it is in my breasts hips and butt ,i also have kinda big arms though WHICH I HATE and broad shoulders. . Would I be able to go to a plastic surgeon and maybe get lipo in just my arms and upper back/shoulder area???i would just work out but someone told me spot reducing is impossoble meaning even if I did lose weight in those spots the rest of me would also become slimmer and I would still have big arms back and shoulders compared to the rest of me!!!!so im wondering if a doctor will just suck the fat out of my arms and upper body if I pay money and approx how much bc this is making me feel awful I am so uncomfortable wearing sleeveless shirts bathing suits etc . I want to have a body that is slimmer at the top (with the exception of big breast) ,slim around the waist and bigger around the hip thigh and butt. I think this is a very appealing shape. So can a doc "reshape" me????

  1. I think doctors will do anything for money, but be careful because u really don't want someone to "ruin" ur shape just to make a few extra .... I suggest doing more research on this topic, and maybe trying something else for ur arms, I don't what you mean by lipo on ur upper back/shoulder area either, in my head i imagine u being just chubby which is cute. Any pix?
  2. Working out works best and is healthiest for your body. You can use weights to lose fat in your arms by doing certain exercises. Lipo will just make you more insecure, because instead of fat in your arms, it will create loose skin. Besides, plastic surgery is very dangerous, expensive, and addicting. Having fat sucked out of your body wont give you confidence, that has to come from inside yourself.
