Would you have scars on your face after surgery on or around your eye?

If I got surgery somewhere on my face, like around/on my right eye (is where I might be getting surgery done) wouldn't I have like a permanent scar like super visible on my face?

1. You would need to ask the surgeon this question. they usually try to make the incision where there is a natural line, fold, crease in the skin. I know someone who had a large birthmark removed from her neck and the scar is invisible.
