Does liposuction make a significant difference?

I'm just under 11 stone and I am about 5"5/6. 17 female. If I was to have liposuction on my upper inner arms, inner thighs and bum, would I look much different or just less curvy?

2. It does but, you have to continue to excersize these body parts after the surgery, or cellulite will continue to build up.
3. I had laser liposuction a few months ago and frankly it is not all that great. I now have a seroma and have to have it drained. It is a lot more difficult than they make it out to be.
