facial cosmetic surgery ?

I was thinking if someone who's going to have facial cosmetic surgery can bring a photo to the surgeon and if he can make his face look very similar to the photograph he brought. I was just wondering if surgeons can do that.

1. depends on if the surgeon is good but im pree sure its possible.
2. If you have enough money and are at least similar in some ways then yes. A LOT can be done with cosmetic surgery. Just make sure the surgeon is credible.
3. Nah, it's hard to do becuase of facial structure.So no they can't do it . It will still turn out srange. It's alot of work and ppl who do too much plastic surgury truely look strange .
