Plastic surgery questions..?

When you read this you're gonna think "FAKE BITCH!" but I just néed to know some answers. 1. my forehead is rather large and distracting and my hairline is just awful, and I've been uncomfortable with it my whole life. is there any surgeries to reduce size of forehead or bring my hairline down more? 2. Okay so I'm Czech and I have a very..."Czech nose". I would like a less bulbous tip on my nose but still keeping my Czech featured nose. 3. Last one, my face is wide, my mouth isn't. is there a way to make my mouth wider so when I smile people don't see huge cheeks and little mouth and teeth? Thanks for any answers and I know I sound fake but I just am so insecure about these things :/
