Is there a way to permanently get rid of stretch marks??? Surgery?

I have stretch marks on my hips , thighs and breasts. More than anything I'd want to get rid of the ones on the hips. They're all already scar-looking (not red or brown) and the ones on my hips are AWFUL ...they re pretty deep and gross looking. I've tried it all...all the creams, maderma, coco, vaseline, body oil....I've even literally FILED down the marks until it bled... NOTHING WORKED!!! My last hope now is plastic surgery...what surgeries are out there for stretch marks and do any work?! has anyone tried it?

Tell the surgeon to do a tummy tuck it worked for my mom... But you'll have to stay in bed with help until you are healthy enough to move around
You can try dermabrasion. But everything out there won't make them disappear completely. & usually once they're there, creams & lotions can't do anything for you but moisturize enough to keep more from coming up. Just learn to love your body the way it is. It's much easier & less expensive. Nobody is going to think you're hideous because of stretch marks. & even if they did, they must be an a$$hole to think you're ugly over something so trivial.
