What college department would plastic surgery fall into?
I'm researching colleges and the departments are a little confusing. There isn't simply a medical department. Someone tell me what plastic surgery falls under? Thanks.

- Plastics Engineering Technology
- One does a residency in plastic surgery in a hospital after completing medical school. One needs a Bachelors degree to attend medical school
- A plastic surgeon has a bachelors degree (any major and the premed classes in bio, chem, physics, math, and English), 4 years of medical school, 5 years of residency (training) in general surgery, and then about another 5 years of fellowship in plastic surgery. You don't study it until well after med school, not after high school.
