is it possible to get plastic surgery financing with barely any credit?

i will be 18 in about a month, and hope to get a nose job on my 18th birthday.. because of my age, i do not have any credit yet.. i do have a job that pays around $2,000 a month... is there any way i can get financing if i dont have any credit??

1. If you dont get approve because of creadit mostly they have a plan that you can pay montly
2. It may be impossible without a co-signer and/or a big down payment. Creditors view 18-21 year olds as extreme credit risks.
3. if you are making that much money, you can easily save for the surgery - you probably won't get financed if they even offer it
4. Most likely not, with poor or no credit history. Most medical places don't "work out payments", they just accept credit cards. Doctors don't want the burden and hassle of trying to get people to pay them.
