Where can I find a doctor who does upper eyelid surgery?

I'm of middle eastern descent, but my eyes kind of seems a little bit chinese/small-it's worse when i'm tired or sick. I'm 20 and was looking for some sort of cosmetic surgery, but 1 doctor told me that i'm too young?!! How can i find a solution & would all doctors give me the same answer? I know i don't need the double eyelid surgery 'cause it's not that bad and i'm not of asian background

1. To be honest, you probably don't need surgery, but probably need to work more on your self esteem. Changing your face won't change who you are inside, and you may end up spending a lot of money, and look worse than you started out. However, if you're uncomfortable with the way you look, then you REALLY need to check out a really good cosmetic surgeon - and really take your time. There are all kinds out there, and even the Hollywood stars make some big mistakes, as is painfully evident, and shown with great glee on the front of the supermarket junk magazines. You are a little young, and a good cosmetic surgeon will probably turn you away. They will also not work on people who have psychological issues. Actually, I suspect with carefully applied make up you can change the look of your eyes (try a cosmetic counter at a good department store, they often do make overs) and with a little work on your self esteem, you'll save yourself a lot of cash, a lot of pain, and you'll still look in the mirror and see you looking back, with that wonderful smile, full of character and personality and humor ;o)
