1. I Don't know Sorry. A south Korean told me that plastic surgery is common there. Some people get eyelid surgery and a nose job to get better jobs. Not All Koreans do it.
2. Not EVERY. but most do. they usually get eye surgury to make then bigger and make their nose looks longer. thats common.
3. There are plenty of celebrities who are plastic surgery free, but most did have some work done (usually double eye-lid surgery, but other stuff too). It's also usually the idol singers that get work done, while actors tend to not have as much plastic surgery (my observations, I don't know for sure). Usually you can tell if someone has had plastic surgery because its done in a really obvious and fake looking way. Or you can look at pre-debut pictures and they don't even look like the same person.
