how do you wash your face after nose surgery?

i am confused about how to do this. will my nose be ok if i splash water on my face ? how do you wash your face without irritating my nose? this is my 2nd week after surgery btw

1. You just be careful, seriously. Splashing your nose will do no harm. I am glad you had this surgery & will be finally off here recovering.
2. Use a cotton ball soak in baby soap eg, Johnson Baby soap. Even if you didn't wash off all the soap completely, it's ok. Use the soak cotton ball and wipe your face. Avoid your nose. Avoid your usual moisturizer during this period. Just be well hydrated. Keep away from any make up. I know some guys do use make up. Shouldn't you be asking this right after your op? So how did you "survive" after op until now? You didn;t wash your face?
3. Rush out and buy a large size box of Cheerios. In it there is a free children's book entitled, "How do you Pet a Porcupine?" Read book. Follow instructions.
