Cosmetic surgery, what facial surgeries/treatments are most worthwhile/value for money for ugly people?

1. Botox can do wonders for your face but you have to maintain it. its not extremely exspencive but it is pricey and you have to get it redone every month or so.
2. How do you define 'ugly'? All you have to do is get in the shower, get dressed, put your face on, do your hair and you'll feel pretty.
3. Surgeries tend to make you even uglier if you don't need them. I'm getting a nose job to fix the effects of an injury I had years ago. In this case, I'm simply removing a bump on my nose. I'm not going to say surgery doesn't make you prettier. It has the potential to, but only if you really do need it and if it's done on one area. If you find a good doctor, a nose job can look great. Two of my cousins got a nose job and it looks very natural. Otherwise, I've personally never liked any other surgery ESPECIALLY boob jobs. Unless you've got one major insecurity, I would stay away from cosmetic surgery, 'cause it can look bad if not in the hands of an experienced surgeon. If you are considering it, then research. For things like Botox, I've found a healthy life style such as eating vegetables and not smoking helps, along with using a good, natural cream or cleanser. Also, your face is the mirror of your heart. If you're constantly miserable, then your skin can easily show it as wrinkles, acne etc. Overall, surgeries cost a lot of money and I wouldn't recommend getting more than one, and that too if you really need it. Personal preference really..I can't exactly tell you what your insecurity is. :P Good luck! :) xxx
4. well it depends on what facial feature you don't like. For example your nose, eye brows, lips. Me personally I think that you shouldnt get any work done cause how do u kno ur gonna like it then. Also who says your ugly? If its someone outside of urself tell them to stop hatin cause they dont look like u..and if its u tellin urself this, stop putin urself down. Your fine just the way u r!!
5. beauty is relevant do not just go and do surgry on the parts people comonly do. post a pic of you you might notice that many people find you attractive
6. It depends on the situation as well as patient that where he/she needs correction.
7. The nose is the MOST important feature on the face. It can either compliment you or hurt a girl's self-esteem and her appearance. If you are going to get rhinoplasty, PLEASE make sure you visit a cosmetic surgeon with CREDENTIALS. Look him/her up online and even try looking for former patients of his/her. You don't want to get a screwed up face. Look at his past work.
