Where can I find legit websites for financing cosmetic surgery with bad/no credit?

I was in an accident and in need of cosmetic surgery, but can not afford unless I am financed a loan. If anyone has any suggestions of legit websites or loaners.Thanks

1. The only thing I know about is The Katie Piper Foundation. I'm not even sure if you can do anything with them unless you live in the UK. :( But it wouldn't hurt to check them out, I'm sure.
