Is it better to get liposuction with high body fat or low bodyfat?

My sister is getting liposuction. She has a higher body fat than she normally has and is getting liposuction. Is it better to drop to a lower body fat before liposuction or is it better to just stay at a higher body fat for liposuction. Thanks!
