When getting plastic surgery, do you need to have money for everything if you are unable to get financed?

If I don't have very good credit to be considered for financing for plastic surgery (chin liposuction, do I just pay the surgical fees right afterwards and get a bill for the anesthesia/operating fees? Or do I have to pay for it all in one lump sum right there at the doctor's office right after or before the procedure?

1. It likely depends on whether the anesthesia, etc are billed by the surgeon, or separately. Just call the office & ask.
