How much would all this cost for plastic surgery?

I will be eighteen in nineteen days, and I have decided I want plastic surgery I want liposuction on my arms, back, thighs, and tummy. I also want a tummy tuck and I want them to tighten my skin so its not so loose and saggy from the lipo. I am 5'4' and 235 lbs. I just need this surgery. Can you give me an estimate? Dont try to talk me out of it.
