Can nose job make the skin of your nose becomes smooth?

If you got some scars in your nose and you go for a nose job. Will it make it becomes smooth and flawless?

No, the only treatment available for scars (but it doesn't make it disappear) is leaser (most effective), some over the counter ( I've been told its very helpful on smoothing the scars) and finally skin acids that smooths skin and the scars, but again, none have the ability of making it disappear....I never heard of plastic surgery to remove scars.

3. Yes, if this is another area you want corrected or graphed and the surgeon sees no problem you could come out with a 'shiny' brand new nose. I heard most nose jobs does make the inner cartilage weak, thus your nose could collapse one day. As with all corrective surgeries, please look at all the side effects.
