Has anyone ever had two types of plastic surgeries performed on their breasts in one procedure?

I know that sometimes women get a lift and implants all in one go, but the two of those go hand in hand. I'm looking to have a lift but also a surgery on the nipple. Don't bother telling me not to go through with it; is this possible?

  1. the best thingf would be to talk about it with ur cosmetic surgeon and see what are the pros and cons...
  2. if its just changing the shape/size of the nipple that is apparently a really simple proceedure. and can be done alongside pretty much any other proceedure. im sure ive read they can do that just under a local anesthetic in the surgeons rooms rather than the hospital. (although obviously they would do it with the other in surgery) i am also planning on getting these two proceedures done. (they are apparently not particularily risky) at the same time as a nose and chin reduction and cheek implants. i have already seen the surgeon who let me know all of this was possible - although it be 2 seperate surgeons operating on my face and boobs. EDIT: make sure you see a PLASTIC SURGEON not just a COSMETIC SURGEON. plastic surgeons are far more qualified and there are less risks of complications. choosing a surgeon who also performs "revision surgery" is also a plus. (this means they are good enough to correct mistakes made by dodgy surgeons)
  3. Yes, I believe getting a breast lift (mastopexy) and a nipple surgery at once is possible. My sister had her breast lift and bust augmentation all at once after giving birth to her youngest kid. She decided to get them since she had a lot of loose skin and volume on her bust due to pregnancy. Her plastic surgeon also noticed that her nipples were also inverted (I suppose this is your case as well) so he suggested that she gets a different method of uplift procedure where it will also elevate her nipples. The breast uplift method used on her was called ‘Full Transverse Scar Mastopexy’ wherein it significantly tightened the skin on the lower part of her breasts and also did a greater amount of elevation on her nipples. I think you need to consult with your surgeon and inform her/him that you wished to have surgeries - breast lift and nipple correction – administered together. There are various techniques used on special cases like yours so your doctor can really determine which one will be best for your condition.
