How did you get money for a nose job?

Insurance? Saved money? College tuition? Loan? Im trying to figure out a way to obtain enough money for a nose job to fix my nose deformity. (saddle nose) and I really curious but how others do it... "get a job!" I have a job. Im only 19, I own a house, I got bills to pay and college to pay for as well, so it's not like I got piles of money just laying around waiting to be used on cosmetic surgery. Can somebody who ACTUALLY got a nose job answer my question instead?

3. I've never had plastic surgery and I probably never will but I bet you can take out a loan or get a credit card that will cover it.
