Should celebrity deny of their plastic surgery?

I've seen celebrities who denied their cosmetic surgeries yet it is just too obvious they are not telling truth. Personally I feel those who confessed are great personalities. What do you say about this?

1. i agree. i think they just deny it because they are ashamed or embarrassed. they should admit to it because they chose to get it done..
2. So many people have plastic surgery that there is not really anything to hide. They would only want to hide it if something went wrong with the surgery :O
3. I feel that celebrites should be open about their surgery!! =)
4. I think it's bad to lie about that because it's something that people can notice (if it wasn't then there would be no point of getting the work done). Basically it ruins the trust in the celebrity when they lie in general.
5. I say to each there own. No bodies business. The tabloids have no boundaries. they are in everyone business just because there famous lots of every day folks now have it done. and you don't see them parading around the office or taking out ads in the paper they had work done.
