Any ideas or examples of a thesis statement about cosmetic surgery and teens?

I really need help with this! So far this is what I've come up with, but I'm not sure if it's any good. Please let me know your opinion of the statement and ways I can change it or revise it: "Many teens look to cosmetic surgery to help their self esteem, but little do they know the harm and dissatisfaction it may bring." My essay touches the topic of whether cosmetic surgery can improve self-esteem or cannot improve self-esteem. Please help me come up with a thesis statement. Thanks so much!
