1. Should you - Absolutely NOT. you haven't finished growing into your face yet!
2. You can get it at any age - with parental permission underage, but really only get it if it affects normal heath (i.e. painful, breathing problems, etc.) You're nose and face are still growing a little and will fill out, so a cosmetic nose job should be done later than 16.

4. Cost; depends on a few factors. Age; a reputable cosmetic BOARD CERTIFIED surgeon will not do this surgery on a 16 year old. It really isnt recommended until mid twenties. Also, you need to have realistic expectations. You cannot point to a picture and say "I want that nose". As with any surgery, there can be complications. A good surgeon will be realistic and will discuss them. You have a few years to go... you may even be okay with your nose someday. I hated mine for years... until I was about 20. Self esteem and self confidence go a long way.
5. Frankly it might be better to wait till you are much older & have found a partner , they will prefer the real natural you!! Then you can discuss this with them naturally!! You could then act accordingly ~~dont you agree?? (noses do make people more attractive you know???)
6. Absolutely not. The first reason is that your face is not fully grown. When your face grows your nose will look more in proportion with your face. Secondly, teenagers should not get plastic surgery. I have read many newspaper articles about this. Teenagers are vulnerable and have lower self esteem than adults. A lot of people got surgery when they were teenagers because they had self esteem issues and grow up to realise that they never needed the surgery and they are very upset that they got it. Teenagers nearly always go through a stage of looking awkward. You are not fully grown so sometimes some features are bigger than others until the others catch up. I hated my nose as a teenager but I am glad I never got a nose job as it is now in proportion with my face now that I am 23. Wait until you are 20 and then reconsider it. You will not regret being sensible and waiting until you have fully grown.
