even using computer & computer programs invented by so called evil people (atheists ) is against their religion (aren't they taking help from us..agianst their gods wishes ..?)...still they use them in abundance its called law of convinience, ...lol

Yes it is not allowed in Islam because it means you are altering/tampering with God's creation. Unless it's a situation for example where a person has been involved in a car crash and their features have become disfigured.

I guess its like only permissible when the situation is really bad. Like born with a disfigured face. Or got into an accident and got disfigured. Im not sure of what the ruling or the law is for cosmetic surgery. But i know that its discouraged.

In islam it's forbidden as most scholars say,any change in the body is Haram,Muhammad also banned Tattoos,and banned women to remove eyebrows' hair,he permitted dying because he used to dye his beard & hair

Yes in Islam it's strictly forbidden because a person who makes plastic surgery is a person who doesn't accept how God made him and it's disrespecting his creation. It's only permissible when a person was disfigured by accident or disease for example because at that moment he's just making surgery to re correct and bring himself to his first look.
