6. I think it's a matter of personal preference. If I were to have plastic surgery, it would only be for something which I could not possibly change myself through diet and exercise. If I get a "chicken neck" when I'm old, I've already resolved that I will get that fixed.
7. Personally I would never have any type of surgery, even if my life depended on it, well maybe but i would really have to think about it. I don't like the idea of being cut up like i'm a piece of meat at the slaughter house.
8. good for people who really need (accident etc), bad for people who have issues with their look
