Why do you care if celebs have plastic surgerys?

seriously? why do people get obsessed with celebrity plastic surgery? example Kim Kardashian has a big butt and she says its real and why do people keep saying its fake? if she said its real in MANY interviews why do people say its fake? is it jealousy? and why is it so bad to have plastic surgery? its a sign of wealth and some people just have it to boost their confidence, or am i missing something? because i dont think its trashy, so why are people like SHES NOT NATURAL!!!! what do they care? who cares if its not natural it looks nice im not just talking about kim now, im saying many people.

Personally I don't care, but the fact that so many women are having surgery is sending out the message that it is bad to age! this makes many "normal" women feel bad about themselves....and to be honest most of these celebrities look ridiculous....look what Meg Ryan and Priscilla Presley have done to themselves!!
