Are there any good plastic surgeons in or around Chicago area who do in house financing regardless of credit?

I am looking to get a nose job. I live in northwest indiana-- about 30 minutes outside of downtown Chicago. My credit is terrible so there is no way I can get approved for a loan. I always hear of surgeons financing but are there any around my area that will do it regardless of my credit? Only reply to this with helpful advice... I don't need to hear all the reasons why I shouldn't get a nose job.. I do not believe in plastic surgery normally but I am very unhappy with my nose and see no reason why I shouldn't do it. so negative comments are just unnecessary
