1. i've heard its best to go out of the country for breast implants. the overall price comes out cheaper and a lot of countries have a lot more experience with plastic surgery than the US. I heard Brazil is the best, and apparently colombia is good to. My sister in law went to colombia for hers and they came out great, no scarring, and it healed quickly and well.
